Her exhibition ‘The Long View’ at the Damien Minton Gallery continues on the themes she explored in her doctorate exhibition titled ‘The Return Room’. This show will consist of works on paper and artist’s books. The works on paper are a combination of intaglio prints and encaustic, while the artist’s books are a variety of media. Deidre Brollo is Visiting Artist at the National Art School, and acknowledges the support of the National Art School and Sydney College of the Arts.
‘Taking the long view: from a distance; or, in retrospect, through memory.
The uncertainty of place: memories, or provocations to it.
